Mantra and Moss is the evolved heart of what began as MoodMantras—born from lived experience, reflection, and the quiet power of nature-based rituals. It started with mindful techniques and modalities and has grown into a space offering sensory tools, grounded resources, and handmade creations that support emotional wellbeing, neurodivergent minds, and the healing rhythms of nature.
I’m an emergency nurse with a holistic heart, a trained holistic counsellor and meditation teacher, and a certified forest therapy guide (Shinrin-yoku). I walk both worlds—Western medicine and somatic, earth-connected healing—believing in a “both/and” approach that values clinical knowledge alongside intuitive, body-based care.
Following my late ADHD and ASD diagnosis, I began to reframe years of inner experience: the overwhelm, the sensitivity, the burnout. I started building rituals to soothe and regulate my nervous system—slow, sensory-based practices using breath, nature, touch, and creativity. These “homemade recipes for regulation” are now at the core of Mantra and Moss.
At the heart of Mantra & Moss is a quiet, innate pull — the kind that can’t be taught — to create a space where people feel deeply seen, gently heard, and wholly human. A space that offers something many of us have never truly experienced: the unconditional presence of someone who doesn’t want to fix or judge us, but simply meet us as we are.
As someone who moved through much of life undiagnosed as neurodivergent, I know what it means to mask, to misfit, to be missed entirely. That lived experience shaped my work — it taught me the power of stillness, of kind eyes, of silence that doesn’t demand performance. I now hold space the way I once longed for it: with softness, with steadiness, and with a deep respect for the quiet brilliance in each person.
My sessions are part nervous system care, part sacred pause. They’re a blend of the grounded and the soulful — a little bit spiritual, a little bit nursey, and a little bit special. My hope is that in our time together, you feel something shift — a tiny exhale, a moment of returning, a glimpse of your own unique magic. And that you leave feeling just a little more like yourself.

This collection is more than art. It’s a celebration of quirks, belonging, and the beauty of life’s odd angles.
I created this village as a reflection of the mind — especially my own busy, neurodivergent one. For me, art is how I regulate and reconnect, and every MiCasa Minis home I shape is infused with that intention. Together, these little houses form a symbolic village: a place where everyone belongs, no matter their edges.

I’m a qualified Holistic Counsellor who blends evidence-based practice with somatic and nature-based wisdom. I welcome both neurodiverse & neurotypical people, whoever feels called.
My sessions gently explore what’s beneath the surface — supporting emotional regulation, self-trust, and nervous system awareness. 60min & 90 min session available. The 90 minute session includes a 30 min meditation at the end of the session.
Sessions are held at Flourish Health Group Highett, Melbourne.

Mindful Walks & Forest Therapy
Slow down and reconnect through guided walk-and-talks and nature-based sessions inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). As a certified Forest Therapy guide, I offer gentle, sensory-rich experiences designed to soothe the nervous system, encourage presence, and foster deep emotional insight. These walks are a calm and restorative way to process, reflect, and return to your body — one breath, step, & tree at a time.

This offering includes a guided energetic cleanse, a grounding ritual, and space for intention-setting—crafted with reverence for nature and the unseen layers of the everyday home. Please note: For in-person smudge sessions, travel beyond a 10km radius will incur a small additional fee to honour time and fuel.
